Work near Bay Street? Looking for an amazing and easy dinner plan? Drake One Fifty’s third annual Twilight Tuesday Night Market returns this evening from 5 to 9PM. Expect gourmet food from some of the city’s top restaurants and vendors, as well as live music, art installations and more!
This event is all about benefitting Out of the Cold, and in its two years running, The Drake has been able to raise $12,000 for the program, providing thousands of warm meals to the most vulnerable segment of the Toronto community.
Drake’s Corporate Executive Chef Ted Corrado and Chef de Cuisine Jon Pong will be on-site cooking up elevated street food such as Sticky Pork Ribs with peanuts + green onions and Shrimp & Pork Dumplings with sweet Tare dipping sauce, tobiko and green onions. Other restaurants participating include Pizzeria Libretto, Momofuku, Tundra, Gabardine, Richmond Station, Smoke Signals BBQ and Thoroughbred!
Drink and dine under the stars, or at least under the twinkling windows of sixty-storey office towers (which are surprisingly soothing to gaze at). On a warm summer night, wandering this part of town is its own kind of magic.
