We want to live a more eco-friendly life! The Green Living Show is our fave resource on how to do just that. Happening April 6-8 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, #GLS18 offers excellent workshops, exhibitions and speakers on how to go green! Here’s why you should go:
Taste Ontario. If there’s one thing we look for in an exhibition, it’s FOOD. The #GLS18 Delicious Local Food & Drink Pavilion features over twenty chefs, breweries, cideries and wineries so that you can discover the diversity of Canadian cuisine. Learn about the local and sustainably sourced Ontario ingredients and celebrate all the cultural traditions that make up our unique culinary landscape.
Take a free fitness classes. Yes. FREE. Don’t miss out on three days of programming on the Sweat Equity Yoga & Fitness stage. Since wellness is at the forefront of this year’s Green Living Show, check out the lineup of inspiring speakers and get great advice on nutrition, environmental influences on hormones, and how to lead a balanced lifestyle. You can also shop the best in health and wellness from the GLS’s exhibitors.
Bring the fam. The Green Living Show boasts fun and interactive exhibits for kids (free for anyone under 12 years of age). We’re looking forward to Kid-Friendly Yoga, test rides at the Micro Scooter booth, and the Midgard Insect Farm, where your littles are invited to transplant a seedling of their choice and take it home to watch it grow.
Get the latest on pot. Guys, it’s happening. As Canada approaches the legalization of cannabis, more knowledge about alternative therapies will be dropped. At the Cannaspace Exhibit, get all the pertinent info you need from doctors, licensed medical producers and leading experts on everything from methods of consumption to upcoming changes in regulations.
