Ways to beat the Monday Blues

One:
Turn up the music; something poppy and upbeat works best!
Two:
Look hot. Take that extra 15 to wash your hair or put together a great outfit.
Three:
Take a short walk. Fresh air does a body good!
Four:
Have a guilt-free lunch and treat yourself to poutine, fried chicken, or a hearty pasta dish.

Begin I HATE MONDAYS facebook club. Hating in good company is much more fun than being a lone hater.
