Are you smitten over your bust or someone else’s? Do you enjoy watching films with naked boobs? Rethink Breast Cancer is launching the world‘s first film festival dedicated to breast cancer awareness. Breast Fest will be taking place this November 21st and November 22nd at the ROM where booby buffs can explore some of the issues surrounding breast cancer in an interesting, informative way. There are a number of films that will be featured in the festival focusing on different topics like the chemical toxins found in a breast, the discovery of a breast cancer drug and the unveiling of a winning short film that filmmakers submitted about their touching experiences with breast cancer. From comedies to documentaries to dramas, the festival will showcase films that cover the emotional field of breast cancer. After each film, there are interactive sessions and discussion panels to talk about the disease. Tickets run for $10 a pop but the first two ladies to ping me at brenna.flynn@yahoo.ca saying “I love my boobs!” in the subject line will win a pair of tickets to one of the shows (quick: do it!).
